Silitech specializes in IT recruitment and more specifically in JAVA, C# and Devops. We recruit, in Belgium and abroad , experienced profiles that we then put at your disposal.

The recruitment process is carried out in several stages:

HR interview with a recruitment officer (career path, personality traits, language proficiency, etc.)

Technical test (JAVA, Spring framework, Hibernate, C#, Devops, ...)

Technical and methodological interview (assessment of technical skills and Agile methodology knowledge)
